Classic Fishing Trip-These trips involve traditional angling methods on one or more Longville area lakes. Rate includes 1, 2, or 3 guests per boat. All fishing tackle and fish cleaning provided.

 “Walleye School” Combo- This type of trip is specifically for parents or guardians who have a young person in their life who is passionate about fishing and nature. The experience would involve 3 half days of fishing for a youth between the ages of 10 and 16 and an adult mentor. Plenty of fishing will happen, but the focus will be on developing the young person’s knowledge of the natural world in relation to fishing. Weather patterns, pressure changes, moon-phases, wind direction, structure, etc. All of the important details will be covered along with a collection of techniques for fishing walleyes. The hope is to recruit the next generation of walleye anglers and teach them skills and stewardship.

Rainy River Spring Trips: The Rainy is approximately 2.5 hours from Longville, but it’s home to some of the best early season walleye and sturgeon fishing in the state. Depending on the ice out, walleye and sturgeon trips can take place from the last week in March until the middle of April. These trips are catch and release only and are weather dependent, but it’s a great opportunity to fish early and each trip has the possibility of producing a fish of a lifetime. Early Season Crappies/Perch: Panfish season never closes, and there are a few weeks in the spring when fishing for perch or crappies can be quite good. It’s usually quiet on the lakes, and nice spring weather is tough to beat!

I offer a few different types of trips. All fishing equipment, tackle and bait will be provided, but you may bring your own if you wish. $300 for a half day. Includes 1, 2 or 3 people per boat.
